Daily spot inspection of air compressor and related matters

 In order to ensure the normal operation of the air compressor and its rear equipment, in addition to regular maintenance (replacing consumables), daily spot inspection must be done to facilitate the timely detection of abnormal conditions, achieve "early detection and early treatment", and avoid unnecessary accidental shutdown and additional economic costs (generally, the cost of fault repair is higher than that of normal regular maintenance)

  1、 The supply voltage of the air compressor shall be maintained at 380V ± 5% (i.e. 361v-399v); When using dual power supplies (one for use and one for standby), be sure to pay attention to whether the "phase sequence" of the power supply is consistent before use. Whether the operating current is within the normal range.

2、 Check whether the parameter settings and operation conditions of air compressor and dryer are normal (operating temperature of air compressor: 70 ℃ - 100 ℃, dew point temperature of dryer: 2 ℃ - 8 ℃,...).

3、 Check whether the mechanical operation is abnormal (abnormal noise of main engine motor, fan and screw; electric leakage, oil leakage and air leakage of the unit; dirty and blocked radiator, main motor cooling hood and ribs...)

4、 Whether the oil level swings within the green range during normal operation of the air compressor (after unloading of units below gx11, the oil level is at the position of 1 / 3-2 / 3); Whether manual drainage is normal (A: blocking condition, B: "flying oil" condition, C: normal discharge).

5、 Daily manual and automatic drainage, air compressor, air storage barrel, dryer and filter element to improve the quality of compressed air on site.

6、 Pay attention to the normal startup and shutdown sequence of water cooling unit; Monitoring and regular maintenance of inlet and outlet temperature, pressure and water quality of circulating water.
