Replacement of air compressor oil

          The steps of air compressor oil change are as follows: start up and run to normal temperature for one hour; shut down; drain the oil from the oil tank, cooler and all filters; add the newly changed oil to the minimum oil quantity required for operation (such as 1 / 2 volume); start up and run to normal operating temperature for one hour. During this hour, open and close the vent valve every 15 minutes to allow the machine to cycle at the maximum and minimum pressure valve settings; shut down.

          Drain the oil from the cooler, oil tank and all filters; add the newly replaced oil to 1 / 2 of the volume; repeat the above steps to shut down. Drain the oil from the whole machine, including cooler, oil tank and filter. If necessary, remove the pipe to remove the oil from the lower part. Clean the filter screen and replace the separator and all non permanent oil filters.

         Check whether the inlet filter is covered by contaminated oil and replace it as appropriate; add the recommended oil to the minimum oil required for operation; start the machine and run it to the normal temperature for 15 minutes; shut down the machine and drain the oil from the machine. Open the filter and filter screen, but do not replace it; add the oil recommended by you to the normal oil level of the machine; restart the machine and pay attention to the oil level. When the machine is operated, there will be about 1/2 oil in the observation window, and the foam will disperse to the oil level within 2 minutes after shutdown and no oil will flow out of the drain valve.
