What is the reason why the air compressor does not inflate?

Air compressor in normal operation, although the air compressor will send air to the storage tank, but is the pressure expressed less than the normal pressure value.

    Failure causes
    1、It may be the fault of air pressure gauge.
    2、The transmission belt between the air compressor and the engine is too loose and slippery or the pipeline between the air compressor and the air storage tank is broken or the joint is leaking.
    3、There are too many dirty things in the filter or oil part blocking the channel.
    4、The sealed exhaust valve is bad, the spring is too soft or broken, the air compressor cylinder head bolt is loose, gritty and the cylinder head liner is washed out and leaks air.
    5、The head cylinder liner and piston and piston ring are seriously worn out and lead to air running
    Fault judgment and elimination method
    1, observe the air pressure table, if the indicated pressure is not enough, let the engine run at medium speed for a few minutes, the pressure is still not rising or rising slowly, when the brake pedal, the sound of bleeding is very strong, indicating that the air pressure table is damaged, then the air pressure table should be repaired.

    2、If there is no air release sound or very little air release sound in the above test, check whether the air compressor parts belt is too loose, from the compressor to the storage tank, to the control valve air inlet pipe, joints whether there is loose, broken or air leakage.

    3、When the machine is in normal operation, check whether the oil and gas separator and air filter and pipeline are clogged with too much dirt, if they are clogged, the dirt should be cleared.

    4、If you can't find the fault after checking the above, you should further check whether the exhaust valve of air compressor is leaking, whether the spring is too soft or broken, whether the cylinder head has sand eyes, whether the liner is damaged, and replace or repair the damaged parts according to the fault found.

    5、Check whether the cylinder liner and piston ring of the air compressor are excessively worn.
