Daily maintenance of Atlas air compressor

1、Before daily or each operation.
(1) Drain the oil and gas tank
(2) Check the oil level
(3) Peripheral equipment preparation, such as sending water and electricity, opening the compressor outlet, etc.
2、500 hours of operation:
(1) the air filter element to remove clean, with 0.2MPa low pressure compressed air from the inside out blow clean.
(2) the first change of oil filter after the use of new machines.
(3) Replace the coolant.
(4) Clean the filter element of the air water filter cup.
(5) Clean the water drain valve cartridge.
3、Running 1000 hours.
(1) check the air inlet valve action and moving parts, and fill with grease.
(2) clean the air filter.
(3) Check the pipe joint fastening bolts and fasten the wire terminal screws.
4、Running 2000 hours or 6 months
(1) Check each pipeline
(2) Replace the air filter
(3) Replace the oil filter
(4) Replace the filter element of the air filter cup
(5) Replace the automatic water relief valve cartridge
(6) replenish the motor grease
5、Running 3000 hours or one year.
(1) Check the air inlet valve action and whether the valve plate is closed tightly.
(2) Check all the solenoid valves.
(3) Check whether the protection differential pressure switch is operating normally.
(4) Replace the oil fine separator.
(5) Check the pressure maintenance valve.
(6) Clean the cooler and replace the ○-ring.
(7) Replace the air filter and oil filter.
(8) Check the action of the starter.
6、Every 6000 hours.
(1) Clean the coolant circuit system
(2) Replace the advanced coolant of screw air compressor (replacement cycle for exhaust temperature below 85 degrees).
7、In 1 year or 2 years.
(1) replace the body bearings, each oil seal, adjust the gap.
(2) Measure the motor insulation, which should be above 1MΩ.
