The compressed gas discharged from the air compressor with oil is a common air compressor fault, and we will take Atlas air compressor as an example to summarize the reasons for its generation as follows.
,the Atlas air compressor oil is too viscous or has many impurities after losing its role, can not be separated by the oil separation core, the compressed gas discharged will contain oil.
,During the working process of Atlas air compressor, the oil level is too high (more than the range of oil and gas barrel), and the cooling oil will be involved in the gas and discharged during the discharge process when compressing the gas.
,The oil return line is responsible for the normal operation of the screw compressor. The role of the return line is to transport the compressor oil in the gasoline drum to the main engine so that it can continue to be used in the next cycle. If the return line is ruptured or clogged, it will not be able to transport the lubricating oil from the system back to the main engine. As a result, too much compressor oil in the oil and gas tank is caught and discharged by the compressed gas.
,The purpose of the minimum pressure valve is to ensure that the pressure of the screw air compressor is above the minimum pressure set during the working process. If the system pressure is too low due to a malfunction, the return line cannot return oil, and the compressor oil will be caught in the discharged compressed gas.
,If there is a lot of breakage in the oil separating core, it will lose the function of separating oil and gas, which will lead to the oil and gas mixture running directly through the exhaust pipe, thus leading to the air compressor cannot be separated out and finally discharged together with the compressed gas.
