 Special oil for air compressors is a specially ordered and blended polyether/ester type .Atlas screw air compressor oil has several special oils such as 12000 hours, 8000 hours and 4000 hours. It is mainly configured according to the successive from the site working conditions and production needs, and the additives in the oil also vary according to the use time.
Atlas screw air compressor special oil has the following characteristics.

      Nowadays, general screw air compressors are protected by high temperature, and their usual jumping temperature is about 110-120℃, while some air compressors use unqualified oil, which will have different degrees of oil consumption at the exhaust temperature (based on this, the higher the temperature, the higher the oil consumption), the reason is that some oil micro-droplets can have the same order of magnitude as the gas phase molecules after the initial separation of oil and gas barrels at high temperature. Molecular diameter ≤ 0.01μm, the oil is difficult to capture and separate, resulting in high oil consumption. Therefore, it is necessary to find out the reason of high temperature, solve the problem to reduce the temperature and choose the special oil with good quality as much as possible.
