For example, if the grid voltage is only 360V, then 380V to 220V will need to replace the transformer, but the cost of replacing the transformer is often high, so it is recommended to consult the manufacturer whether the motor can bear it, and then decide the follow-up method.

For inverter models, due to the circuit principle inside the inverter: the inverter changes the output power by changing the output voltage, however, this voltage cannot be higher than the input voltage. If the input voltage is only 360V, then a 380V rated voltage machine can only output to 360V, the voltage is not enough, the inverter will lift the current.
