How to know the warning function of a permanent magnet twin-screw air compressor?

When using a permanent magnet twin-screw air compressor, you will encounter various warnings, so how do you know the warning function of a permanent magnet twin-screw air compressor?
 
Air filter warning

1、Detect the clogging of the air filter. (Hardware parameters, there is a switch input terminal in the function, set to the air filter detection function).

When the differential pressure switch of the air filter is detected, the text display will indicate "air filter blocked".

2、Gas filter use time warning

When the air filter use time is up, the text display will indicate "air filter use time is up".

Oil filter warning

1、Detect oil filter blockage (hardware parameters, there is a switch view input terminal function, set to oil filter detection function).

When the differential pressure switch of the oil filter is detected to be closed, the text display will indicate "oil filter blockage".

2、Oil filter use time warning

When the oil filter use time is up, the text display will indicate "oil filter use time is up".

Oil separator warning

1、Detect oil separator blockage (hardware parameters, there is a switch input terminal function, set to oil detection function).

After detecting the oil separator differential pressure switch closure, the text display prompts "oil separator blockage".

2、Oil separator use time warning

Oil separator use time is up, the text display prompts "oil separator use time is up".

Lubricating oil use time warning

Lubricating oil use time is up, the text display prompts "Lubricating oil use time is up".

Grease use time warning

Grease use time is up, the text display indicates "Grease use time is up".

High exhaust gas temperature warning

When the system detects that the exhaust temperature value exceeds the "exhaust temperature warning" value set in the manufacturer's parameters, the text display will indicate "high exhaust temperature".
