1. High exhaust temperature caused by the oil circuit system: as the lubrication system of the air compressor, it reduces the wear of moving parts. Too high oil temperature of the air compressor directly leads to high exhaust temperature, so reducing the oil temperature will also reduce the exhaust temperature.

Solution to the problem of high oil temperature: check whether the oil circuit system is blocked, reduce the lubrication coefficient, such as oil filter element, radiator, temperature control valve, etc. if the lubricating oil is too dirty and there are many impurities, replace the new lubricating oil, clean the whole oil circuit system, replace the oil filter, and correct the temperature control valve. Check whether the amount of lubricating oil is too small, leakage, etc., repair and replace the parts and pipelines that leak lubricating oil, and add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil.

2. High exhaust temperature caused by ambient temperature: the air compressor operates best at an ambient temperature of 35-40 ℃, and it is better below this value.

The solution to the problem of too high ambient temperature: improve the ventilation system in the air compressor room, such as adding exhaust fans and air ducts, leading the hot air generated by the air compressor out of the air compressor room, reducing the ambient temperature, thereby reducing the exhaust temperature of the air compressor.
