If a screw air compressor is temporarily stopped, what long-term shutdown measures need to be taken?

If an air compressor is temporarily shut down, we cannot simply shut it down. Such a long time will cause great damage to the air compressor, thus causing unnecessary waste of resources. Then we need to do some maintenance work for the air compressor that has been temporarily stopped for more than 2 months to ensure that the air compressor can continue to work when it is used later. The following treatment is required:
1. Drain all residual cooling water in the air compressor
2. Before stopping use, replace the existing lubricating oil and run it for 30min. Finally, don't forget to drain the condensate.
3. Be sure to close all openings of the air compressor to prevent moisture in the air from entering.
4. If there is a fault in the air compressor, it is necessary to remove the fault first to ensure normal use in the future.
5. The last and most easily overlooked point is to wrap the safety valve with oil paper to prevent rust if it is not used for a long time.
