How to treat the problem of cooler blockage of air compressor?

Everyone who uses the air compressor knows that the cooler blockage is also a common problem of the air compressor. The cooler blockage is generally divided into the following three situations:
1. Surface oil pollution clogging: This is because the cleaning of the heavy oil cooler is not filled at ordinary times, so if there is oil leakage at some joints on the air compressor and no attention is paid, it is easy to cause dust and oil pollution to mix and cause clogging. The best solution is to remove the oil cooler and flush it with a high-pressure water gun to completely remove the blockage.
2. Surface dust blockage: This kind of blockage is relatively simple to deal with, which is caused by dust and other impurities in the surrounding air. When the air compressor is running, you can directly take the air gun and blow the garbage away at the gap.
3. Internal carbon deposition and blockage: this is because the air compressor is operating at high temperature for a long time, or some inferior lubricating oil is often used
Carbon will form inside the oil cooler for a long time. For this kind of blockage treatment, the oil cooler needs to be removed and soaked and flushed with carbon cleaning agent and other chemicals.
In normal work, no matter what kind of blockage you encounter, you should clean it in time to avoid other faults of the air compressor and affect the service life of the air compressor.
