The reasons for the increase of lubricating oil foam are analyzed from the following two aspects:
1: Starting from the analysis of the lubricating oil itself, there are several reasons: 1. It may be due to the high viscosity of the oil; 2. It may be that the temperature of the lubricating oil has decreased; 3. The lubricating oil is contaminated; 4. The lubricating oil has oxidized and deteriorated; 5. The additives in the lubricating oil are consumed, etc.
2: In addition to the lubricating oil itself, it is also caused by the air compressor equipment: the internal sealing of the equipment is not tight, air is sucked in the oil pipe, air is stirred and drawn in during mechanical operation, the design of the oil tank is improper, the oil stays in the oil tank for insufficient time, and the splashing speed of the lubricating oil is too fast.
No matter which reason, many foam in the lubricating oil will be produced. Sometimes the reasons are relatively single and sometimes there are also more complex ones, so it is necessary to comprehensively analyze and carefully inspect in order to solve the problem from the source.
