Regular care and maintenance of the main components of the air compressor
In order to enable the air compressor to operate normally and reliably, and to ensure the service life of the unit, it is necessary to formulate a detailed maintenance plan, carry out manned operation, regular maintenance, periodic inspection and maintenance, so that the air compressor unit is kept clean, free of oil and dirt. Maintenance of major components refer to the following table:
1. According to the above table maintenance and replacement of components must be determined: the pressure in the compressor system have been released, and other pressure sources have been isolated, the main circuit switch has been disconnected, and has been made not to close the safety signs.
2. Compressor cooling lubricant replacement time depends on the use of the environment, humidity, air compressor dust and air whether there are acidic and alkaline gases. Newly purchased air compressor for the first time 500 hours of operation shall be replaced with new oil, and then according to the normal oil replacement cycle every 4000 hours of replacement, annual operation of less than 4000 hours of the machine should be replaced once a year.
The oil filter must be replaced in the first 300-500 hours of operation, the second time in the use of 2000 hours of replacement, and later on, according to the normal time every 2000 hours of replacement.
4. Remember to prevent any debris from falling into the main chamber of the compressor when repairing and replacing the air filter or air inlet valve. Operation will be closed to the host inlet, after the operation is completed, to rotate the host by hand in the direction of rotation for a few rounds, to determine that there is no obstruction, before starting.
5. In the machine every 2000 hours of operation or so to check the belt tightness, if the belt is loose, must be adjusted until the belt is tight; in order to protect the belt, in the whole process to prevent the belt due to oil contamination and scrapped.
6. Every time you change the oil, the oil filter must be replaced at the same time.
