Reasons for Overload Fault of Air Compressor Motor

 1. F21 overload relay aging, poor contact, damage; 2. Q15 overload relay aging, poor contact, damage; 3. The normally closed corner of relays F21 and Q15 is disconnected; 4. Corner connector failure (aging arc pulling); 5. Computer malfunction (aging); 6. The solenoid valve is damaged; 7. The intake valve cannot be opened; 8. The oil and gas separator is blocked; 9. Blockage of the aftercooler; 10. The minimum pressure valve is stuck; 11. Motor bearing damage; 12. The motor cooling fan is damaged or has poor heat dissipation; 13. Low or unbalanced three-phase voltage; 14. The rotor is stuck; 15. The transmission sub turning gear is heavy; 16. The three-phase insulation is too low; 17. Poor insulation to ground; 18. Aging of the circuit and burning of the terminals.
