How to eliminate the vibration of the compressor
To eliminate compressor vibration, the following approaches are generally taken:
1. Moving parts should be calibrated for static and dynamic balance, otherwise it may cause congenital vibration factors.
2. The concentricity between the compressor and the electric motor or diesel engine should be calibrated correctly.
3. The foundation of the compressor should be constructed strictly according to the design drawings. There shall be no rigid connection between the foundation and any structure of the building.
4. Due to the vibration caused by airflow pulsation, the auxiliary equipment and pipelines must have firm supports and clamps. If the cantilever is disorderly, reinforced brackets should be used and padded with iron blocks.
5. The tightening force of the machine's foundation screws should be consistent;
6. The frame (base) should have sufficient stiffness.
