Air Compressor Safety Regulations

First, the operator should understand the principle, structure and performance of the air compressor, familiar with the air compressor safety regulations, and according to the requirements of the regulations for safe operation.

Before starting the compressor, the operator should carefully check whether the connecting parts are firmly and reliably connected, whether the lubricating oil is sufficient, and whether the air pressure gauge, oil temperature gauge, water temperature gauge, the sensitivity of the safety valve and the load regulator are working properly.

Third, often pay attention to the air compressor exhaust temperature and pressure, exhaust temperature shall not exceed 180 degrees, prohibit the compressed air temperature exceeds the specified value.

Fourth, all kinds of safety accessories (such as safety valves, pressure gauges, thermometers, etc.) must be safe and effective, water, air, oil pipeline must be unobstructed.

Fifth, the electrical system to work before, should ensure that the use of manual disconnect switch can cut off the system power.

Sixth, when stopping, first press the red stop button of the air compressor, wait for the display to show that it has stopped and then turn off the refrigeration machine and the main switch.
