Precautions for using a refrigerated dryer
1. Do not place it in places that are exposed to sunlight, rain, wind, or have a relative humidity greater than 85%. Do not place in environments with high dust, corrosive or flammable gases. Do not place it in areas with vibration, condensation, or freezing hazards.
Do not get too close to the wall to avoid poor ventilation. If it is necessary to use it in an environment with corrosive gases, a copper tube rust proof dryer or a stainless steel heat exchanger dryer should be selected. It should be used at an ambient temperature below 40 ℃.
2. The allowable fluctuation of power supply voltage is less than ± 10%. Suitable capacity residual current circuit breakers should be installed and grounded before use.
3. Do not stand the drainage pipe upwards, do not bend or flatten it.
4. Do not connect the compressed air inlet incorrectly. To facilitate maintenance and ensure maintenance space, a bypass pipeline should be installed. To prevent the vibration of the air compressor from being transmitted to the dryer. Do not directly add the weight of the piping to the dryer.
5. When the inlet temperature of
compressed air is too high, the ambient temperature is too high (above 40 ℃), the flow rate exceeds the rated air processing capacity, the voltage fluctuation exceeds ± 10%, and the ventilation is too poor (ventilation is also necessary in winter, otherwise the room temperature will also rise), the protection circuit will work, the indicator light will turn off, and the operation will stop.
