The reason for the smoke and oil leakage of the intake valve when the air compressor is stopped

 1. The intake valve is not tightly closed: When the air compressor is stopped, the oil and gas channels need to be closed through the intake valve to prevent oil and gas leakage. If the intake valve is not tightly closed, it will cause oil and gas leakage, resulting in smoking.

2. Aging and damage of seals: The intake valve of the air compressor is equipped with seals inside, which play a role in preventing oil and gas leakage. If the seal is aged and damaged, it will cause the intake valve to not close tightly, leading to smoke and oil leakage problems.
3. Improper operation: Improper operation when using an air compressor may result in the intake valve not closing tightly or being damaged. For example, failing to shut down the air compressor in a timely manner before shutting down, or suddenly starting the air compressor during the shutdown process.
4. Design flaw: The intake valve of the air compressor has a design flaw that prevents it from closing properly after shutdown, resulting in smoke and oil leakage problems.
