2. In a low-temperature environment, the condensed water in the compressed is not easy to evaporate, and the condensed water will remain in the air compressor. When the machine is stopped, the low temperature will cause the machine to freeze, causing the pipeline, valve, cooler and other parts to burst.
1. Check the oil level, check whether all condensate discharge ports are closed, and-cooled air compressors should also check whether the cooling water discharge port is closed.
2. Turn the shaft, turn the coupling, and check whether it is flexible free of jamming and abnormal noise. For air compressors that are difficult to turn the shaft, do not start the machine blindly. It is necessary to check whether main engine is faulty (stuck), whether the lubricating oil has failed, and eliminate the hidden danger before starting the machine.
3. Before restarting the air compressor has been stopped for a long time, it is necessary to replace the new oil filter to reduce the resistance and insufficient oil supply caused by the thickening of the lubric oil, and avoid the high temperature alarm of the main engine.
4. When starting the machine for the first time, it is best to start the machine once by. After the machine is started officially, the current and oil temperature changes should be checked. If there is a sudden change in temperature, the machine should be stopped.
5. For air compressors equipped with waste heat recovery devices, the oil bypass valve on the heat recovery system should be closed before starting the machine. After the is started normally and the temperature rises to the normal range, the heat recovery system should be slowly opened.
6. For units that have a sudden change in temperature or high temperature trip, it is important to remember not to start the machine repeatedly. The intake valve should be opened, and an appropriate amount of lubricating oil should be to the main engine. After turning the shaft repeatedly, the machine can be started again.
