2. Shut down the engine.

3.rain the oil from the tank, cooler, and all filters.

4. Add new oil to the minimum amount required for operation.

5. Start the engine and run it it reaches normal operating temperature for one hour. During this hour, open and close the exhaust valve every 15 minutes to cycle the machine under z* high pressure and z* pressure valve settings.

6. Shut down the engine.

7. Drain the oil from the cooler, tank, and all filters.

8. Add new oil to1/2 capacity.

9. Continue with step 5.

10. Shut down the engine.

11. Drain all oil from the entire machine, the cooler, tank, and filters. If necessary, dismantle the lines to remove oil from low points. Clean the filter screens and replace the separators and all non-perent oil filters. Check the condition of the inlet filter being covered with contaminated oil and replace it as necessary.

12. Add the recommended oil to be replaced to the minimum required for operation.

13. Start the engine and run it until it reaches normal temperature for 15 minutes.

14. Shut down the engine and drain the from the machine. Open the filters and filter screens, but do not replace them.

15. Add your recommended oil to the machine to normal oil level.

16 Restart the engine and observe the oil level. There will be about 1/2 oil in the sight glass when the machine is in operation.

17. Within  minutes after shutdown, the foam should disperse to the oil level and no oil should flow from the drain valve.
