2. There is pressure in all pipes, so do not loosen pipe bolts and do not open unnecessary valves.

3. If, during operation, the oil on the oil level gauge disappears and the oil temperature rises, the machine should be stopped immediately. After stopping the machine for 5 minutes, observe the oil level. If the oil quantity is insufficient, wait until there is no pressure the system, and then add lubricating oil.

4. Check frequently whether the automatic drain valve is working normally. Otherwise, water will be brought into the system.

5 The condensate should be drained from the air/oil tank once a week. The unit should not be left idle for a long time. It should be started at least 2 hours week.

6. In the daily inspection of the air compressor, pay attention to whether the pressure switch and interlocking program of the air compressor are working normally. Abnormal conditions will lead to an increase in the power consumption of the air compressor. In serious cases, the motor may be burned out due to the frequent starting and stopping of the compressor.7. Do not operate the air compressor in places where flammable or toxic gases may be inhaled. During operation, it is absolutely forbidden to block the intake port of the compressor. Compressed air should never be used for breathing unless it is specifically marked as breathable.

8. Do not operate at pressures above or below the specified values.

9. All soundproof cabinet doors must be closed during operation.
