Analysis of the causes of insufficient air compressor power and thick black smoke exhaust

 There are two types of phenomena when the engine power is insufficient, the speed is uneven, and the exhaust pipe emits thick black smoke: one continuous emission of black smoke; the other is intermittent emission of black smoke, accompanied by engine vibration. The engine power is insufficient and continuously emits black smoke, which is due the fact that most or all of the cylinders of the engine have too much fuel supply, the fuel and air mixture ratio is out of balance, and there is a serious lack of during combustion, resulting in incomplete combustion of diesel fuel, and suspended free carbon elements are emitted with the exhaust gas. If the exhaust pipe intermittently emits black smoke and is accompanied a "pop" sound, it indicates that the combustion in individual cylinders is incomplete. The reasons are summarized as follows:
