Air compressor daily maintenance
1. Appearance and environmental inspection: Check for any damage, rust, or looseness on the appearance of the unit, keep the of the air compressor clean, and free from dust and oil accumulation. Ensure that the air compressor is placed in a dry, well-ventilated, and well-lit location, from flammable and explosive materials and heat sources, and with sufficient space for heat dissipation and maintenance.
2. Operation status monitoring: Observe whether there are any abnormal sounds vibrations during machine operation, and check whether the readings on the gauges are correct, including whether the pressure, temperature, etc., are displayed normally. Check for any leaks at connection points, such as air pipe joints, valves, and sealed areas.
3. Condensate water discharge: Regularly discharge condensate water from the oil-gas separator and the air storage tank based on the humidity conditions, such as before starting the machine in the morning or at the end of each shift. The discharge should be done with the machine, with no pressure in the oil-gas separator tank, after sufficient cooling, and after the condensate water has been thoroughly settled.
4. Filter inspection: Check the pressure of the air filter, and if the pressure difference is too large or the indicator light is on, it is necessary to clean or replace the filter element in a timely manner. Check the oil filter is blocked, and if it is blocked, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
