How to replace scroll air compressor?

The following are the basic operation methods and precautions for replacing the scroll air compressor:

First of all, when the scroll air compressor is replaced, the high-pressure side and the low-pressure side need to be carried out at the same time when discharging the refrigeration. It is forbidden to carry out only from the high-pressure side. The axial seal of the scroll plate will cause the refrigerant to remain in the low-pressure side. During welding operation, in order not to be suitable for the formation of oxide film in the copper tube wall, nitrogen must be introduced, and the time for nitrogen to enter must be sufficient. The inspection method is to place a little ignited incense or cigarette end at the other outlet of nitrogen. If the incense goes out, it means that the air in the system is empty, and then welding can be carried out.

However, due to the large and high requirements for the use of scroll air compressor, it is forbidden to use the air compressor as a vacuum pump to empty the air in the pipeline when replacing the air compressor or other parts, otherwise the air compressor will be burned, and the vacuum pump must be used to vacuum.

When the system is repairing the internal compressor, it does not reduce the pressure in the system to a vacuum state. It can only maintain the operating pressure in the system above 0.03mp gauge pressure. Otherwise, it may cause the axial seal of the scroll plate on the suction side of the air compressor to form a vacuum. Any improper operation will damage the air compressor.
