3、Oil change procedure
(1) Operate the compressor so that the oil temperature rises to facilitate the discharge. Then press the "OFF" button to stop operation.
(2) When there is pressure to open the air compressor unloading valve, drain the oil quickly, when easy to spray, should be opened slowly to avoid lubricating oil splash.
(3) After the lubricating oil is discharged, close the
oil drain valve and open the oil filler cap to inject new oil. Note that all lubricants in the system must be drained, such as piping, cooler, oil drum, etc..
(4) Add new oil.
4、Precautions for the use of air compressor lubricant
(1) If you use Atlas air compressor for the first time, the first time to change the oil should be replaced after 1000 hours of oil use. And then under normal circumstances, replace it every 2000~3000 hours or so.
(2) Do not let the lubricant exceed the service life of the oil, the oil should be replaced on time, otherwise the quality of the oil will be reduced, the lubricity is not good, which will easily cause high temperature tripping and carbon phenomenon, and at the same time, because of the decrease in the ignition point of the oil, it is also easy to form the spontaneous combustion of the oil and the event of the compressor burned down.
(3) air compressor in the use of two years, it is best to use the lubricant to do an oil "system cleaning" work, the practice is when replacing the new lubricant, let the air compressor run for 6 to 8 hours, and then immediately replace the lubricant, so that the original system in the residual organic components can be cleaned up, and then replace the air compressor lubricant can effectively extend the service life. The service life can be effectively extended by replacing the air compressor lubricant again.
