        The oil filter element shall be replaced after the first 500 hours of operation of the new machine, and the oil filter element shall be removed with a special wrench. It is best to add screw machine coolant before installing the new filter element. The filter element shall be screwed back to the oil filter seat with both hands and tightened with force. It is recommended to replace the filter element every 1500-2000 hours. It is best to replace the oil filter element at the same time when changing the coolant. When used in bad environment, the replacement cycle should be shortened. It is strictly forbidden to use the oil filter element beyond the time limit. Otherwise, due to the serious blockage of the oil filter element and the pressure difference exceeding the bearing limit of the bypass valve, the bypass valve will open automatically, and a large amount of dirt and particles will directly enter the screw host with the oil, resulting in serious consequences.
