Top 10 reasons why air compressors do not release air due to pressure


 1、 Power or control circuit malfunction

If the power circuit malfunctions or the voltage is unstable, it may cause the motor to fail to start or operate normally, resulting in the air compressor having pressure and not being able to release air;
The control circuit is the command center of the air compressor. If the control circuit malfunctions, it may cause the air compressor to malfunction.
2、 The internal parts of the compressor are severely worn out
During long-term use, internal components of the compressor may experience severe wear and tear, such as piston rings, cylinder liners, etc. The wear of these parts can lead to a decrease in the efficiency of the compressor, thereby affecting the exhaust effect. At this point, it is necessary to replace severely worn parts.
3、 Filter blockage
The filter of the air compressor is mainly responsible for filtering impurities and dust in the air. If the filter is severely blocked, it will affect the flow of air, causing the air compressor to have pressure and not release air. At this point, it is necessary to clean or replace the filter.
4、 Air pressure switch malfunction
