 Extreme Condition Adaptability

Atlas equipment usually operates in the harsh environment of high temperature, high pressure and high speed, so its seal ring has a very high standard in material and process:

Special material applications: Widely used high-performance elastomers (such as high temperature resistant Viton/FKM, oil resistant NBR nitrile rubber) and semi-rigid thermoplastic plastics (such as PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene).

Excellent physical performance: It has excellent temperature resistance, oil resistance, aging resistance and low friction characteristics, and can perfectly adapt to the sharp changes in temperature and pressure fluctuations during long-term operation of the equipment.

Spring loaded technology: For extreme working conditions, some high-end models use Spring Energized PTFE sealing technology, which provides long-lasting rebound force through metal springs to ensure zero leakage even in extremely cold, hot, or high-speed wear environments.
